Priestess of Osun-My Practice

Our Focus is also on Healing the Legacy of the Transatlantic Slave Trade.

As a Priestess of Osun, I am fortunate to have met and have access to the highest spiritual leaders in Nigeria be they the Araba of Ile Ife or leading Babalowos, Iyanifas, Babalorishas and Iyalorishas of Osogbo and Lagos.

If you have questions you may find the answers in these pages. If not contact me. If I don't know the answer I can consult my mentors and friends in the Nigerian Orisha community.

Chief Aworeni Awoyemi Adisa Mokoranwale, Araba Agbaye and Olu Isese with Aare Asiwaju,Chief Ifagbenusola Atanda in Ile Ife August 2006

High Priestess and the Arugba in the Temple, Osogbo, August 2006

Explore the wonderful world of this emerging Traditional African religion and culture.

Let’s separate the mythology from the practice of Ifa and Orisa veneration. Let's bring this practice out of the 'dark ages' into the light of modern spiritual practice. Whether you call them Orisa, Orisha, Orixa or some other derivation it's all the same spirits! Travel with me to Lagos, Osogbo, Ile Ife.

Arugba and Priestesses in the House of Osun, Osogbo, August, 2006

I will return on a diplomatic trip with the Asheville Sister Cities program and another experience of the Osun Osogbo Festival.

This is our first meeting to establish an Osogbo Sister City committee.

Let's unite to learn from Africa, rediscover our roots, be healed, heal our families and heal the world!
