Major components consisted of inpatient detoxification, a 28-bed therapeutic community primarily oriented towards the alcohol abuser and outpatient counseling center, a methadone maintenance unit, a legal assistance section, and a job counseling and placement section. 1970 -1972 Co-designer/Co-leader Workshops lasting two to five days, focusing on: effective fighting for couples, intimacy training for couples, sex role stereotype awareness, group dynamics, personal growth, interpersonal skills training, personal and institutional racism.
